認真點評一下，這個五星好評僅是給前台小妹的服務。酒店在雲谷最裡麪，訂的商務大床，住的大概率就是普通大床，同樣的廲風沒住過這家這個樣子的，房間小，隔音極差，床頭有冰箱極不合理，晚上冰箱燈太亮，聲音太響，隔壁打電話聲音大能聽到，走廊人説話能聽到，關門聲巨大，衞生還可以，睡眠輕微的請慎重。

酒店環境跟前台服務都很不錯，唯一一點覺得不適的就是大堂保安的態度。晚上外出稍晚一點回到酒店，保安在大堂遇到就跟審犯人一樣追問住哪個房間姓什麼，態度不是很友善。雖然這是保安應盡的職業，但畢竟酒店是服務行業，無論在酒店做什麼職位，始終對入住酒店的客户説話方式上必須有點起碼的禮貌，這一點很讓人覺得不適！
