The service is excellent. Especially the front counter, Mr Luo, helped the check-in very presnet. He explained very clraely surronding the hotel area. We will definitrly stay in Hyatt the next time in the area.

there’s no AC in the room, it’s extreme hot and we couldn’t sleep at night. Even we set to 18C, the air from AC was still warm. Technician came to the room and said there’s no way to fix as outside it’s 13C so in room AC can only have heat. It’s 26-27C in the room, unbearable!

The hotel is great however, I’m looking for an international hotel to have an international experience while I’m in China… to wear a swimming hat to be into the swimming pool is the most Chinese thing ever… I really hate it… I couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool because of it.
If you’re Chinese, you’ll love it.
If you’re a foreigner you might not enjoy it.
