Selecting this hotel because they provided free airport pick up service. Just contact the hotel for pick up service upon arrival at the Shenzhen Bao’an airport. Very near from the airport. We arrived at the airport in the midnight but the hotel team still able to pick up us.

From the outside it’s a hotel like many others. Dark glass facade, at least the feeling of who arrived in the evening. The hotel entrance is well illuminated and with high ceilings. Even though we are already in 2025, the stall still allows clients to smoke everywhere including inside the elevator. The non-smoking signs on the wall are just a part of the decoration. No real meaning as they are absolutely ignored. They room in average size. The bed was large and comfortable. Linens also nice and clean. Just the floor seemed a bit less cared in the detail. The shower was good with strong water pressure and hot water coming out right away. The location seems closer from the subway exit and took longer to arrive there that expected. But the shuttle service to the airport was fast.

a kind front desk worker who checked me in with some difficulty. Although I was early, I could get the room immediately. The room was a bit noisy due to the sound of the drains from the upstairs rooms. The room met its purpose. Sited amongst shops and restaurants it is located rather practical. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient, and they gave a wake up call well in advance.

I stayed here so I could be close to the airport. Free airport transport is convenient and there are some good local restaurants nearby. The hotel is not as nice as the pictures. It is pretty standard for an airport hotel.
