Address was partially wrong. Indicated to go 22nd floor and instead could not access it as needed elevator key!
than phone number of hotel was not working! To sort out all I had to call trip.com customer service
apartment itself was ok. Clean ok, nothing special.
but than inside is full of things of the hotel. Every cabinet if you open doors can find cleaning stuff, objects, towels, laundry and other things. In the balcony were hanging washed bedsheets.
All items that apartment owner should keep in storage somewhere else, not in the apartment itself.

紅山地鐵站約7分鐘步程便到,公寓在潤達圓庭內,要先聯絡屋主取房卡,樓下是鵬潤達环球服貿廣場,附近很多食肆,紅山6979和天虹購物廣場就在隔鄰,購物、飲食很方便。

房東服務周到和回覆溝通無可挑剔，五星級好評！出行也極方便，離地鐵紅山站（4、6號線）非常近，A口出來到酒店步行150左右，到深圳北站衹有一站路。另外，樓下都是商業，熱鬧非常，夜宵早餐都不愁。最難得的是老闆周到細緻，有問必答，貼心。

住這裏還是很舒服的，樓下都是吃的特別方便，就是地鐵聲音有點吵，其它性價比都不錯，樓下7便利店可以買到很多生活用品。

老闆人很有修養，回覆快也很隨和，房間距離紅山地鐵站與商圈非常近，非常乾淨，雖然是公寓但是配置跟酒店一樣齊全，性價比非常高

能租到這麼大的房間算是很划算了，畢竟一般的酒店也就十幾平米，這個房間有三十平，衞生打掃的也算不錯。進門是洗手間，洗衣機、洗衣液也都有。卧室裏有沙發、茶几、書桌、衣櫃、投影儀，設備很齊全，很適合短租。不太好的地方是窗外地鐵會吵，但是景色還好。房東回覆及時，解決問題很快。收快遞建議大家直接寫送到家門口寫，菜鳥驛站都會送上門。

位置太好找了，離深圳北就一個站，離地鐵站步行就幾分鐘，適合出差中轉，樓下就是便利店，出門就是腸粉砂鍋粥，都很好吃😋
