One of the best accommodation in the city

It was a wise choice for me to spend my last two days in Shenzhen. I used the washing and drying service, so I washed all my clothes clean and returned to Shanghai happily. It was also very convenient to take a taxi, as the special car could drive downstairs. There were also takeaway boxes and a convenience store downstairs.

I took the GRE and lived next to the examination room. The environment was very good and the housekeeper was very enthusiastic. He came downstairs to pick me up. Five-star praise

The air conditioner in the first room I stayed in was broken. After staying there for an hour, I found that it was not cooling at all. I changed to a different room type and the air conditioner was good, but the bed was a hard board bed and I had back pain. The next day, I changed rooms and the air conditioner was still broken. The front desk guy said that he contacted a master to repair it. After the repair, I moved back to the original room. The front desk guy was enthusiastic, serious and well-received. However, the room facilities and services are really unsatisfactory. The quality of the mattress is not good. Some are hard board mattresses. The softer mattresses feel that some parts of the springs are broken and the waist is separated. After living there for more than a week, only two bath towels are intact and not damaged. The worst is the cleaning. They are not serious about their work and have many problems. I was in a video conference in the room. She knocked on the door. I asked who it was. She said room service, and then she directly entered the password to come in. I didn’t agree to let you come in at all. You just broke in like this? There was someone in the room and you opened the door with the password yourself? It’s funny? When you came in and saw something on the induction cooker, you said you cleaned it yourself. It seems that the kitchen part of your homestay is not allowed to be used? Then write your room instructions clearly. Then you kept nagging and disliked it all the time. Are you doing service or checking hygiene? Don't you know how badly you clean? The bad review is all because of the housekeeping.

The front desk came down to pick me up and the service was thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy. The price was reasonable. It was also very convenient to take a taxi at this location. It was well located. I recommend it.

Next to Hampton Hotel, Sunshine Guangdong Apartment. There are 46 floors in total, so the elevators may be crowded during the morning rush hour. The room size is good, but it's too big for one person. There is a bathroom on the left hand side of the door, and then there is a room with a refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, and projection TV. The outermost one is the big bed, next to the window. The room was clean and tidy, and it was very quiet after closing the window. Downstairs next to Hampton Inn, there are a lot of places to eat.

The room is so big at this price, and the sleep is very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but it is good.

It's right next to Shenzhen University and has convenient transportation. I didn't expect that downstairs is the burger restaurant I often order. 😂 The room is a bit more compact than expected, but although it is small, it has all the necessary equipment. Hot water is always available. It has good reviews. It is not like other hotels that have to put a lot of food in it. It only takes a few minutes to get hot water. As for the shortcomings, there are no disposable slippers~
