雖然開業時間有點久了，看起來沒有那麼現代化，但是保養的相當好，處處都體現出“國賓館”的大氣，衞生方面也做的非常到位，比很多同檔次星級酒店都要好。户外那個超大花園也是很養眼，遛娃散步好地方，游泳池也很不錯，又大又敞亮。工作人員服務態度都挺好，中餐廳出品很不錯！前台小妹妹還給升級了可以看高爾夫景觀的房型，體驗感更好！
五一假期入住，除了用餐時間餐廳有幾桌客人用餐外，其餘時間看到的幾乎都衹有工作人員，絕對的反向出遊，價格還比平時低，性價比超高。
下次還會帶家人朋友一起去！

非常非常好，這是一個對深圳有歷史紀念意義的賓館，本想着很老了，住一晚試試看，沒想到住進去以後非常好，説是重新換過設施，非常新，沒有一點異味，前台小哥人非常好，我説我是帶小朋友來的，希望能看到平安大廈的夜景，小哥給開了個位置很好的酒店，而且定的時候我定成了大床房了，到店後前台小哥發現的，給我換了雙床房，非常人性化，而且對於大年初二來説，700的價格真心不貴，那些很老裝修的酒店都是八九百一千多，酒店沒話説，服務也很好，進房間就遇到搞衞生的大姐，那可叫客氣和熱情啊，太開心了，所以直接就在住了三晚。酒店內的環境也是一流的，周邊空曠，有高爾夫球場，就是個特別的大花園。還想説一句，這是個非常正統的賓館，不會有那種亂七八糟的人進去住，住着放心和安心又安靜，不怕床上不乾淨。希望明年住的時候不要漲價哈哈～～哈哈哈～～對了交通也方便的，出酒店就是大巴站，要坐地鐵的也可以大巴轉一下，因為酒店的高鐵站有1點幾公里，但是坐大巴轉很方便，深圳的交通非常方便。

之前好多國家領導人住過，有氣派，又有後花園可散步，對住高爾夫球場，綠化舒服；雖賓館有些年份，但保養很好，又清靜；中餐食物有水準，早餐雖種類不太多，但味道不錯；會再光顧。

環境優美，鬧市中的清凈之地
尤其誇讚一下服務態度，小朋友突然發燒，工作人員幫忙取外賣、還送來礦泉水，退房時不忘詢問病情。好貼心呀。下次家人來度假，還住這裏。
