When I booked the room, it was indicated that there was a desk, but I didn’t see it when I checked in. I complained, and I continued to stay the next day and asked us to move to a room with a desk hidden behind the door. Overall, it was worse than the original room. I was not satisfied and found it troublesome and didn’t want to move. Begging to move. 4. The washing machine in the extended room cannot dry clothes, so I asked for a solution, but no response. 5. When booking a room, indicate that the parking place is in the store, and the fee is 25 yuan a day. As a result, Kaixinting cannot control the parking space independently. After paying the money to the owner twice, the vehicle was blocked when going out, and an additional charge was required. 6. The shampoo and shower gel do not look like they are from the hotel, they seem to be left by the people who stayed in the previous hotel. 7. Garbage and stains remain in the cabinet. In short, this is an unpleasant consumer experience.
