This hotels experience from start to finish was amazing. We both really enjoyed our stay greatly, the hotel room was clean, modern and large. The staff at reception were warm and friendly. Best place I’ve stayed in a long time. Will be back!

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. If you order delivery, a robot will bring your food up to your room for you. So cute.
The TV switching on automatically is kind of annoying, not sure if there’s a way to shut it off permanently. I muted the tv and shut it off, but the next time we entered the room, the tv came on with the default video playing again with sound. Can I have some peace and quiet?

Not everything is perfect- but it’s a great place to stay and you are well taken care of during your stay. It’s comfortable and convenient and the staff is quick and polite to address any concerns or needs.

Very nice hotel. Less than 15min walk to Huaqiang Bei or Gangxia Bei Metro station. King bedroom with garden view was really very spacious, spotless clean. Open green view. Overall very good value for money
