Enjoyed my stay at this hotel again! I stayed here several times and was never disappointed. Good location. Several subway stations nearby as well as many restaurants and shopping centers. Professional staff and very accommodating.

Overall fine. It’s relatively clean. Very convenient location. Have a big supermarket beside it. The gym is very small. Not prefer to go for the gym. And the lift has cigarette smell. It could be improved.

hotel was good, much better than the one we stayed in Hong Kong, where rooms are much smaller. Breakfast were good with variety of breakfast menu to choose from, and reasonable I guess for a hotel breakfast buffet, but can certainly find much cheaper local foods nearby the hotel.

This morning, my girlfriend dropped the earrings in the room and left the hotel. I called the hotel and asked for the help to find the earrings. I get a very fast response from the staff on the phone who called me back telling me that they are found.
I would like to show my great appreciation on the honesty of the cleaning staff working on the 10th floor and the lady on the front desk who is helping me.
