I think its a good hotel. It should be a 5 star hotel instead of 4 star. However, its old. Btw, its good at all.

The location is fairly good with excess to food and MRT. The rooms are big, clean and the front desk service is excellent. Facility wise is minimal but for business trip guest, its acceptable. Breakfast was good with variety of choices.

We absolutely loved the fact the the hotel front desk allowed us to do an early check in at 10am. Very kind of them. We paid 80 yuan for the breakfast which was not quite worth it for the spread it offered. Nevertheless, a great stay in a branded hotel without having to pay too much of a price.

this is old hotel. i booked for 2nights. the room does not having heater. so cancelled 1night and stayed in another hotel. overall not satisfied.

The hotel is old and overpriced. We booked a large room. It was full of mold, smelled like cigarettes and dirty. They took us to another room down the hall. It was dirty and full of black mold, too. Finally we went to an “updated” room that was much smaller than what we booked. It did not have carpet and was a bit cleaner but there was still mold all in the shower and bathroom. All the rooms need a deep cleaning with bleach. Breakfast was fine. There is no pool. It looks like the pool hasn’t been used in a long time. They only positive was the service from the front desk. They really tried their best, unfortunately the pictures online are Not the reality. I would NOT stay here again.
