一個四星級酒店，竟然沒有刮鬍刀可用，要刮鬍刀告訴採購放假了沒有，聽他那意思絲毫沒有對客户的歉意，反觀是員工休假不應該打擾人家。就沒個預案嗎，酒店離了這個人運作不了了？看到別的房間有人吸煙。衞生間這個開法，太彆扭，進出不方便。牙刷太小太廉價。

優點：
1️⃣親子房面積非常大，周邊交通很方便
2️⃣酒店經理服務態度特別好
3️⃣早餐種類和口味還行
缺點：客房服務太臟了！！！詳情如下：
1️⃣我第一天凌晨到的，廁所地上一衹壁虎，窗台上有上位客人用過的肥皂，大床床單上有明顯污漬，浴缸漏水，因為太晚了太累了，所以忍到第二天投訴
2️⃣經理上門道歉並整改，第二天房間衞生情況槓槓的！
3️⃣第三天，比第一晚一樣差，我一進門以為搶劫呢！因為房間冰箱壞的，而我買了很多水果，所以出門我就把空調打開着，結果回去空調都關了，你可真省電哦，那趕緊修修冰箱吧！茶几下面有垃圾，飲料也扔在地上，用餐過後的餐具也留在客房，這是打掃過嗎？我不懂到底是怎樣的服務標準可以打掃出這麼差的房間。
印象裏面華美達是個高端大氣酒店，但這家的感覺到就是外在框架是略顯陳舊的大酒店氣質，但服務標準簡直就是一盤散沙。作為一間親子房，基本的衞生條件就達不到親子入住，我輕易不吐槽，除非忍不住，不推薦！

2年後又來這個酒店了，升級了一個房型，寬敞，送了歡迎果盤。就是剛到的時候下車被滴滴司機嘲笑，華美達沒人來幫忙開車門取行李。。。確實，感覺每次進出沒有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐還算豐富和廣式。
