屋內地面很臟，衞生間設施很差，水龍頭都掉落了，垃圾桶也是破損的，衞生間洗手枱進屋就是臟的。隔音效果很差，早上7點多就聽見有鎚子一直鑿發出的噪音。持續了一個小時。樓道説話也都聽的一清二楚。屋內衹有射燈，很難受。
