I booked this hotel because of the recommendation from a friend who works nearby. It’s such an awesome hotel, has elegant design in the central location in Shenzhen Bay. Lillian from the front desk was extremely nice and friendly upon checking in. She even followed up with my experience after my stay. I’d definitely stay here again in the future!
