近兩年家裡人和我幾乎一直在這家木棉花住，説明對這家酒店的認可程度很高。但是這次定了三晚，第一晚的體驗很差，我定的是大床房，給安排的8樓房間，前台交予我房卡的時候僅説是矮樓層，我也沒有在意。到了房間發現本應該有的飄窗變成了景觀陽台，像籠子一樣，拉上遮光簾以後整個房間很小很壓抑，由於時間比較晚很疲憊想着先住着，建議以後前台可以明確詢問客人是否接受沒有飄窗能節省彼此時間，畢竟大家都是看房間圖片預訂的，有區別應該提前詢問。還有其實每一個房間的空調都臟，8樓這個尤其臟，堪比吸塵器灰塵盒，開一二檔風都沒有風，開三檔風又太吹，空調問題導致一晚上都沒睡，還好第二天給我換了樓上的房間。建議空調經常擦拭。

驚喜滿滿的一次入住！房間乾濕分離衞浴，前台小黃小姐姐很熱情噢，入住的時候送我們一份歡迎水果。房間隔音效果意外的好，三樓的早餐種類豐富，樓下旁邊有一條中心河，早晨步行跑步都很好，強烈推薦。

後海木棉花的地理位置真的沒話説，出行很方便，離深圳灣口岸僅15分鐘車程，即使是選擇地鐵出行，也僅需要五分鐘路程到最近的海月站。步入大堂，設計感令人印象深刻，兩層樓挑高的空間，結合了典雅的燈具和傢俱，極其雅緻，舒緩的音樂和沁人心脾的香氛讓人感到輕鬆和。入住時阿英耐心温柔地介紹了房間設施以及早餐的用餐時間，全程微笑服務，讓我倍感親切與尊重，整體的入住體驗超出預期，下次來深圳南山這邊會繼續選擇這家木棉花！

這次入住完全超出預期！從大堂着到前台小黃工作人員熱情問候，到前台快速辦理入住並貼心送上歡迎水果和介紹周邊的遊玩路線，第一印象直接拉滿。房間裏的床品軟硬度剛好，遮光窗簾讓我睡了個久違的懶覺，最驚喜的是衞生間乾濕分離設計，房間的洗護用品非常香比如沐浴露潤膚露等，早餐種類超豐富，已經推薦給朋友，下次來一定還選這裏！
