Good location, clean hotel, big area, only the staff in lobby bar very very uncompetitive, they spoiled our vacation..

Very good service, I was warmly served by the front desk staff. The breakfast was a bit under expectation though. Amenities are good too.

We spent Cris**as Day at the Intercontinental Dameisha in Shenzhen. A 40 minute Didi drive from Futian and the hotel has a private beach.. The hotel is modern and lovely. Check in was quick and smooth with an English speaking front desk. We received two complimentary breakfasts from the hotel. The breakfast is a mix of Western style and Chinese and was delicious - definitely reccommended. The rooms were comfy with a complimentary fruit bowl and lots of drinking water in the room. To my surprise the TV channels featured many English channel options. The beds were soft and comfortable, had a lovely bathroom and a small but nice balcony overlooking the sea and pool. The hotel also sports a fitness room, saunas and an indoor swimming pool, a childrens' playroom and more. It is also conveniently close to the Outlet store village. We had a pleasant stay. Only down side was that there weren't many Western restaurant options to choose from in the village, but if you don't mind Burger King, Macdonalds and Pizza Hut, you'll be fine. You can also eat at the hotel and be sure of a lovely meal at their restaurant.

It was above my expectations especially the hotel facilities - fun with very nice beach, nice outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Very good for families with kids to come & enjoy. In particular , service is also beyond my expectations, from concierge, reception & also PR Cassie , very caring and asking via WeChat to ensure if there is any need from my side. Highly recommend. If one wants to have quiet time with more privacy or come for honeymoon for romance, I would recommend staying in their another building called Club Intercontinental.

Lovely weekend getaway by the beach in Shenzhen! We stayed in the Club building which unlocks an extra pool and also complimentary lounge access, which included breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. There were complimentary towels, sunscreen and water at the lounge pool so this was very convenient. The only downside is that the men’s sauna was not working and the indoor pool was shut during our stay, so it’s a shame we weren’t able to enjoy all of the facilities.

This was a great weekend getaway trip. Service was great & the room was clean. All rooms looked out on the ocean & what a view to wake up too! The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was not something I needed to wake up for. I will definitely be returning.

The  view was spectacular and the room and facilities are quite clean . We also had enough space to enjoy in our room. But I was expecting something else from the breakfast it was quite normal. And sadly sauna was under maintenance for a long time with no alternative. Overall a good place to spend with family and children.

Great stay for families. The kids loved the hotel and the attention given by the staff.

It takes 25 mins from Lin Tong to hotel by taxi and 1 hour from hotel to Lo Wu. The service and facilities are great! The rooms are clean and spacious and the view from balcony is so amazing! There are 3 swimming pools and a private beach in the hotel! Our kids love them so much! We had breakfast buffet and the food was delicious! It is a good choice for family trip and we are planing for next trip to this hotel!
