Hotel Futian Shangri-La is a palace hotel.
I liked everything about it: the cozy room, the breakfast, the swimming pool and gym, the elegant and discreet luxury atmosphere. Great staff!
Unfortunately, no rooftop bar so far but I heard they plan to have one soon.

We are very happy with our stay. The room was high floor, spacious and new and has marvelous view. We can see the light show on the buildings at night. Special thanks to Paul Wong for arranging such a lovely room for us.

I use to have meetings at this hotel and when my family travelled to China, we stayed here . The reception team was too nice , Mike provided me endless service and help . The location is a unique and at the heart of Shenzhen.
Very convenient location and close to almost everything: metro , high speed train, restaurants , shops , malls …
Only the uncomfortable situation I had is that, breakfast restaurant team kept steering the way that someone is counting things and showing no smile , with bold faces.

We booked.a room with lounge access. This room was upgraded which was much appreciated - we had a living room with a captivating view of the city. Throughout the service was excellent. The food was delightful. The evening band in the foyer was good to watch - a great piano player who had a distinct liking of Michael Jackson. From the building we we able to see many wonderful sites starting with Times Square and finishing in bar street. A great evening.
