Alice was fantastic and made my stay truly remarkable. Whenever I needed something, I could simply message her, and she took care of everything for me. The room was spacious and relatively new with welcome fruits. They even had a reformer Pilates machine in their fitness centere.

My room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering stunning views. The amenities, especially the pool and spa, were top-notch. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relaxation wash over me. The ambiance of the hotel is both luxurious and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. The staff truly elevated our stay to another level. Each interaction I had with the team was met with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout to Betty, Peter, and Cecilia, who went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. They were always available to assist with any request, making me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also my husband’s birthday and they made it very special by sending cake to our room. The services provided at the JW Marriott are top-notch. The rooms are beautifully appointed, providing a serene environment to unwind after a day of exploring the city. This was my first time staying at the JW Marriott, but it certainly won’t be my last. I am already looking forward to my next visit! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would rate it a solid 1M/10! Thank you, JW Marriott Shenzhen, for an unforgettable experience!

The room is very spacious, take out is delivered quickly with a robot, pool was closed during winter, the bathroom was big and had large mirrors .
