作為喜來登旗下的酒店做成這樣還是比較失望的，房間老舊有異味，廁所還是十年前浴缸淋浴一體設計，非常不方便容易打滑，送外賣的機器人衹有一個也協調不好，如果太忙了可以提前和客人溝通下來取而不是讓我白白等半個小時給，打電話給前台，前台説還要等二十分鐘

酒店設施比較陳舊了，不過早餐豐富，房間的小冰箱飲料隨便免費喝。洗浴室需要改進，水龍頭老化容易掉，浴缸不實用。

房間乾淨得讓人驚喜，床品柔軟親膚，躺下瞬間就能放鬆，隔音效果很好，完全聽不到外界噪音，一夜睡得格外安穩。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水充足，連洗浴用品都帶着淡淡清香。
