the service is so good especially the guest relation officer he have good attitude the hotel location is convenient near the hotel there are some big shopping mall where we can citywalk I think it's good 👍

The hotel is so convenient and the staff is so helpful and very friendly and good attitude the city view is so nice and beautiful and I will recommend the hotel to my friends actually it’s my first time to shenzhen I think this hotel is middle of the city wonderful!GRO Antonio and GSM Ivy is really nice

Location: very good. Subway station access in B1 hotel
Interior: old but very well maintained. Very clean. Non smoking floor is very clean.
Facilities: great gym, swimming pool outdoor & indoor (heated)
Cleanning lady: did very good job & friendly
