Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay.
The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm.
Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room.
We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!
