The service at the Crowne Plaza was impeccable. Booking the lounge level and having access to it was a lifesaver. The service there is especially good with Eva. She helped answer our questions and her service is top notch! I even witnessed her handling an unruly customer who was loud and requesting alcohol that was not available. She handled it with so much class and demure. Definitely will come back here when I am back on SZ.

Location
- For those that is flying in to Shenzhen Bao’an International airport , you may take the Metro Line to Futian Station (closest station is Exit 3A) (Please use AMAP to navigate your way to the hotel) - AMAP is your best friend in China)
- Walking distance to Futian Subway Station and Railway Station respectively (Exits 3A and 7)
- walking distance to Coco Park (lots of eateries, fashion and huge supermarket)
- next to Shopping Park Bar Street (for those who is interested to know)

- view ( slight city view)
- has all the amenities
- super comfortable bed
Breakfast
- only tried 1 day , nothing that interest us
- Mc Donald’s is just next to the hotel
Overall , it’s an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Gym facilities are awesome lot of equipments and weights, finally a hotel with a worthy gym!

Location of hotel is excellent. Short walk to the Futian Metro Station and to Coco Park. Room was well kept and clean. Breakfast variety is also good. Will definitely recommend.
