I had very good experience of the staying in this hotel. I turned on the non-distube msg on my room and their customer wrote me a mail asking if room cleaning cleaning is needed. very thoughtful and nice experience !

Came here for the holiday weekend for a resort experience in the center of the city. The hotel is connected to the mall which is very convenient, and there are many attractions in the surrounding area which is a wealthy neighborhood. The gym is great, and the amenities provided in the room are what you would expect from a five-star hotel. For $100 a night it is a good treat
The security guards at the swimming pool absolutely killed the experience. They are constantly watching and judging and yelling at you if you swim the wrong way. You cannot relax at all in the pool and I wish the hotel would fire all those *****. If you don't come to the swimming pool, you'll have a good time

location is unbeatable, shopping mall n subway station is directly under hotel, amusement park is just cross the road.
Service is good, room upgrade is free, people r polite…
However, the hardware is need to b upgrade, e.g.,TV image n sound quality is disappointing, bathtub n shower design is weird, water on the floor is unavoidable after using bathtub.
Other than that everything is fine, it still recommended for the hotel choice in shenzhen.
Finally, the dinner buffet is good n worth trying.

Loved the location, loved the shopping centre, loved the hotel. Westin is definitely the brand to choose when traveling, and has never disappointed me. Very close to small small world. Overall it was such a great experience ☺️ will definitely stay there again!

Clean and big room with complete amenities. New facilities and a beautiful bathtub! Great executive lounge with a good selection for hors d'oeuvre and Happy Hour. Will stay again !
