We’re truly grateful to the Ms. Kingsley on her service. The hotel room was impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable.
The hotel’s location is outstanding is just a short walk to the vibrant Dongmen food 東门老街 and others shopping mall street, making it a perfect base for dining and exploring the area.
A special thanks to Mr. William, the restaurant manager, whose exceptional hospitality and attentive service added a wonderful touch to our stay.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is close to Guomao station and big shopping centre.
Our special thanks to front desk reception staff Amy for upgrading the hotel room for us. We would like to thank restaurant manager Mr. William Li for providing useful tourist attraction information. He specially arranged for us two hot milk tea Hong Kong style.

Got served by Mr Peter Wu on arrival, fantastic service overall. First visit to the hotel, room was spacious and in mint condition. Definitely would stay at Crowne Plaza again.

I was surprised that the hotel was really close to MTR GUOMAO station just a few meters away. The location was great and has lots of restaurants that were open until late at night. Lots of places to have massage too. I was impressed and amazed how the front desk and staff assissted me when I checked in. They really give their utmost care and service. They even upgraded my room which I’m so grateful and happy. My 2 nights and 3 days stay in Crowne Plaza was really epic. Thanks to all the Front Desk and staff who’s been so nice and for the great service they rendered. I will definitely comeback and recommend this hotel to my Family and friends who will visit Shenzen soon. I’ll give 5/5 points as a gratitude.

The hotel staff are very helpful though it seems they are in shortage of staff. However, the cleaning smell was all over the place at the first day but the second day was better. The rooms were clean but looked pretty old and furniture are really old , the carpet was also very old and it felt like it hasn’t been maintained for a long times though it’s clean but you can feel it.
