This hotel in CN that feels like in Europe! Very internationally serves Parma Pizza,steak, pasta &desserts!
Rooms were very elegantly interior designed! There were few swimming pools inside the same area that is interesting for families to hangout during summer holidays in Asia!

Indigo location is nice and qe got upgrade to luxury room with balcony and kids are so amused on the robots taking delivery. Very friendly staff and nice experience

Everything in the hotel is nice ! The staff , the environment , the breakfast arrangement and the programmes offered are awesome ! We went there for one night during holiday , it got special programme for bubble pool in the pool deck area . The kids were thrilled ! Maybe they expected crowds during breakfast area , they put some pastry at the waiting area of the restaurant so that the customers can enjoy that while waiting for table arrangement. Which is nice ! The room and the corridor are also well designed !

Convenient location, 3 mins walk from the mtr station. We got free upgrade to a room with bathtub. My kids love that so much.
Breakfast buffet was nice with a variety of food and drinks.
My kids asked to stay here again when we come to SZ next time.

Everything was good, check in was smooth. The hotel was very nice and grand. Although it would be good if they had double bed rooms as the single beds was to small for the couple to sleep. Overall I had a great stay !!

Perfect location if you want to visit Window of the World and nearby attractions. The service is great, especially Adrian in the front desk. The room is decent and clean though it’s as spacious as the other hotels we have stayed in. It has an amazing gym and indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast is great with a lot of fresh food and drink.
