It started off very well during check in and was upgraded because the front office staff gave us a free upgrade after seeing us travel as a big family. However, there was no anti slip mat and the shower head had deteriorated, cutting my wife’s hand. Nonetheless, the team did make it good immediately after we told the staff. Good service recovery but we expected that everything should be clean and proper even before asking.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The swimming pool and gym kept my kids entertained. The location is amazing- it’s within walking distance of two metro stations, and even getting taxis was not an issue at all. I would recommend this hotel for families.

Reception is very unfriendly and demanded a very high deposit for my booking of 2 rooms. He initially demanded for 5000CNY for deposit, which was exorbitant. Then after we questioned him on the high price for deposit, he lowered to 2000CNY, which we paid for.
Aren’t hotel deposits fixed? How can a hotel staff open any price he likes for deposit?
The staff even mocked us for not paying the initial deposit of 5000CNY, saying that this is an easy amount for anyone to spend. Hotel was nice and clean but reception staff is extremely unprofessional.
