優點:過來考科三的，距離很近。淋浴舒服，熱水足，科勒的洗浴不錯。非節假日價格也實惠。
缺點:房間有點味道，開窗透氣，沒有紗窗，蚊子太多，晚上12點還在打蚊子，我都打死了5隻。毛巾掉毛。

是一次非常差的體驗，很晚入住，特別害怕蟲子類的東西，一進去就是一衹大蟑螂在爬，服務態度還不錯，很快換了一個房間，也特意強調了蟲累過敏，睡了一晚上起來，腿都腫了，很不理解，為什麼消殺這麼差

雖然不像宣傳圖片那樣，但總體來説還可以，簡約，晚上睡覺不吵，往前走兩分鐘就是農科院對面好多飯店，也有早餐吃，也有水果。。
