Adequate facility with fair quality service (yet, better if can provide with pillow after multiple requests during a long hotel stay)

酒店真的是服務太差了，定了景觀房，第一晚大半夜整個晚上都是水管滴水的聲音，第二天換了房間，房間變小了，沒有任何補償！第三天，我是鑽石會員，下午2點退房，回來12點30分，房卡刷不進去了，去三樓前台重新激活，跑上來還是刷不了，前台告知提前2小時失效，為什麼提前兩小時失效？去激活了還是不能開門，讓我跑來跑去還是不能刷，幾個意思？

明明有房間卻不給換，訂的無窗的非要給個有窗户的，還帶個玻璃門，一推就開，萬一樓上有人跳下來可以直接走進我們房間，太可怕了。設計的奇奇怪怪，還拿塊布遮住，可怕。協商換一間，態度很差，不肯換。我説加錢行不行，然後説加錢就可以，呵呵了。我訂的無窗的，還要加錢才給住無窗的房間，給我氣笑了。攜程投訴後，立馬換態度給換，也不説要加錢的事情了。原以為換了一間房就沒事了，結果不知道是不是故意換的一間這樣的房間，*****，做夢還夢見一個老婆婆，六點多就被**了，然後手機莫名其妙壞了，孩子發燒感冒，本來計劃住兩天，**直接退房走人。太**了…

設施一般，沒有冰箱，想冷藏飲料要放在前台，也不肯送來房間，要你自己跑前台取回，很不方便。房間煙味也很重。

環境安淨，干净卫生，樓下商場買東西和吃東西方便多選擇。交通也很便利屬於橫崗的中心位置，唯一不足停車場入口不好找，只找到沃爾碼超市那邊
