The hotel location is good and near major shopping areas like Dongmen Pedestrian Street and Hua Qiang electronics area. The hotel is comfy and you can get night supper behind the hotel building as there are many small eateries and convenience stores which are still opened late at night. There is also a traditional store selling delicious crispy pancake .

We had a very pleasant stay. Although the room showed some signs of wear and tear, it was very spacious and clean and the view was very nice. All necessities were available in the room. The location itself is perfect, with the subway station literally in front of the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly including their cute rolling 'colleague' bringing food to our room ;). The breakfast was very very good!! One of the best we had in all our trips. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The location and cleanliness is great! No cigarette smell in the room and the room is huge with king bed size. Victor comes to service us. Will come back!

Receptionist Kayla is very attentive and cheerful, I had a very impressed check in experience
Yulia from club lounge is very professional and cheerful as well, providing the great service during my trip
Room is spacious and location is good. Swimming pool looks bad condition, good to renovate if possible

Shenzhen Futian Hotel is fantastic! Conveniently located near the metro, it offers easy access to the city. The pool is great for relaxing, and the breakfast selection is amazing. Highly recommended!
