The housekeepers did a good job but always needed to be told that the room needed to be cleaned. It’s not very good when you are out for most of the day and then when you get back to the hotel the room still hasn’t been cleaned. Otherwise, it is very good. The photos of the room I booked showed it had a washing machine but it didn’t. Nowhere to hang wet clothes. But the rooms are very spacious and modern and the staff were all friendly. I liked it very much but it would better if you didn’t have to ask every day for the room to be cleaned.

Very noisy as room overlooks a very busy road. Bath tub and all facilities clean but noise from outside annoying.

設施：設施都尚算理想，有電子馬桶，按摩花灑及浴缸，景觀都算理想，房間很開揚，而家面積也不少。
衞生：房間亦算很清潔，床鋪也是很舒服。
環境：酒店位於水庫公園，旁邊就是一個大型商場，購物吃飯非常方便，附近有一條食街很多食店。
總體而言這是一個性價比高的酒店，非常適休閑旅行，不好就是交通較為一般，衹能坐公交車到酒店，離地鐵站有一段距離。

我要求續住了2小時，告訴我30一小時，退房的時候我總共超市2小時40分，告訴我超過2小時按半天算，也就是240元。續一小時30元，超過2小時就按半天算，你不用提前跟我説的嗎，你還不如説超過2小時按一天算，最後我不願意給，衹同意按每小時30元算，前台服務員不同意，房間裏的大嬸在裏面説了一句給他們按30吧，最後交了90元。建議大家遇到問題打消費者熱線

考研訂的房，一開始訂的普通大床房，後來説沒房了給我升級一個更好的房型，結果衹是多了個窗户，打開門就看到廁所長這樣，一地小強屍體，還有活着蟑螂，我服了，説加床被子也沒給加，熱水要開很久才有一點點温度，考研那天降温到十度真冷死我了，要不是看在平安夜送了個蘋果的份上。。。衞生堪憂，不怕蟑螂可以住
