環境不錯，滿意，空氣清新，就是隔音效果不好，樓下小孩跑來跑去的聽得很清楚。老闆也很好，告訴你附近哪有好看好玩的好吃的

伴山舍給到我回家般的體驗，環境雅靜，衞生做得非常好。老闆一家人是和藹熱情的東北吉林人，叔叔和藹，阿姨熱情。這房間在旅遊旺季是需要四五百元的一晚的，我是淡季撿到寶，雅緻又清幽。祝福他們，也祝福來這裏小憩的天涯人！

這次旅行是衝著桔釣沙去的，離桔釣沙和楊梅坑周邊等等很近，幾公里路，房間衞生挺乾淨的，空氣很好，還有桌球和遊戲機，同時也解決了休閑時間愛好，老闆人也很好，很講義氣，中秋國慶雙節訂房這個價格也算很實惠，總體感覺不錯，值得推薦

交通不方便，附近吃飯的地方很遠打車要走很遠，衞生間一股臭味，女兒一進去就説臭不願進去，第二天一大早老闆就打招呼十二點前要退房，從酒店去沙灘二十分鐘車程，我都説了我能趕回來退就一定會提前來退，男老闆還一臉不爽的催促，讓我先把行李打包好拿出來這樣就可以不着急來退房，真是讓人心情差

環境好，衞生乾淨，東西都有，跟酒店差不多。
可以玩電腦、遊戲機，還有桌球也可以玩。
離七娘山很近可以去爬山

如果我在這個地方付了200多，我會期待有基本的保暖措施和入住舒適度。事實上，晚上我根本凍得睡不著覺——民宿提供厚被子，但問題是我不可能一直都在被子裡，我須要的是一個暖和的房間，而不是被子。
更別說硬床板，粗糙的浴巾，等等。
如果只民宿條件有限，就不要定那麼高的價位。如果定了那麼高的價位，就請提供於此相當的服務。我在付費之後是會有期待值的，而我覺得自己受到了欺騙。
