清潔方面有點小缺失頭髮沒掃乾凈、上一位房客的髮圈跟牙膏還在（可能是人手不足、辛苦清潔的房務大姐了）、電視無法看、但是前台人員很有誠意的說下次再回去住幫我做升等，但是整體環境算不錯了，與老公渡過2個愉快夜晚，走去布吉老街超近差1個站而已，建議用步行會出現比搭地鐵快，因為布吉站內走廊很長很心累

第一天**下單，就問之前有沒有住過，住過給好評升級房型，第二天我看了攜程的積分可以優惠4元，就沒在**續房間，第一次弄成了信用住，下去準備退房 然後換個房間，因為那個房間得打掃，然後下去退了之後看我攜程下的，前台半天不説話就説讓我**或者微信掃，讓我掃前台的攜程碼，剛好我有事我就説等會再來，後取消訂單2個多小時後重新下單，態度正常，後第二天攜程權益是延房特權的到4點前退房，不讓延。
衹會拿升級房型來要好評，可能你們會説得了便宜還賣乖，但是從用户角度來想，也許並不是每個客人都那麼在意房型，如果真的在意或許自己會加錢升級。
環境衞生服務都挺好，攜程權益會員享受一次免費延房服務也沒有，就説這邊規定2點之前必須退，我住了這麼多酒店。超時一個小時多數在20到50不等，這邊權益衹有一次，當時就想充會電多待一會，這個權益也就作廢了。
後面2個多小時我過來重新辦理入住，就二話不説可以辦理了，我才反映過來，估計跟我攜程訂單下成了信用住有關，所以才會這樣，前台美名其曰當時是想要好評，我後知後覺才覺得這個事情的真相其實就是以為客户給不起錢。
在你家住了不下4次了，如果住的不好肯定不會住第二次的，比不上我第一次入住你家，客户如果想好評自然會好評，而且我住房從來都是好評，哪怕前面幾次在你家住也是好評，這次打差評以後不會來了，本着都是打工的，都不容易的想法，就算有的方面不夠，也一般都是給好評的。
雖然錢不是很多，但是後知後覺感覺有點下頭。

這個酒店第一次讓我有種剛進房就想退房走人的沖動。1.臭。很臭。空調開了更臭還好當天深圳不算很熱，開了是網吧那種煙臭味，我衹能開窗呼吸。晚上睡覺，朝門那邊睡感覺旁邊是一個混跡網吧好幾天的味道，往窗那邊是一個體味很重的人的味道。最後我是頭睡床尾才睡得，氣味沒那麼重的居然是廁所。2.吵，沒有隔音，敲別人的門我還以為在敲我的。走過的腳步和説話都能聽一清二楚。3.衞生差，被子我估計是沒換，不然味怎麼那麼大，因為房間多，阿姨一直在打掃，但是那個車是沒有被子被單的，可見基本上是不換的。名字和照片弄得好，實際哪有啥花園就幾棵綠植。衹能積累個經驗以後來深圳不定這種酒店。

230一晚的價格，就是這樣的格調，真的，他這家酒店開了也有好幾年了，所有設備等等都是很破舊破舊的。還有一個前台大廳那裡都已經是破破爛爛了。我住的這間房一看就是前不久剛裝修了一下，到處都是灰塵。打掃衞生也沒有搞乾淨。上一個租客的頭髮呀，等等到處都有！然後空調也漏水很明顯！拖鞋還是濕的。兩邊的牀頭櫃全都是灰塵，紙巾盒也是。電視有打不開那個遙控器的裏面的電池也是很爛很爛的那種。希望大家入住慎重吧。不急，不衹有一家酒店。還有很多性價比也挺高的，住酒店也就是住一晚又不是我長期住，肯定要睡的好才是硬道理！
