第二天出門的時候已跟前台表明要續房，並要求收拾一下房間，當時前台已答應，也沒跟我説要辦理什麼，到了晚上回房，收攜程的電話，説我第二天的續房房費需要在攜程上操作訂房並付款當晚房費，電話還沒掛，就已經把房費付上了。過了不到半小時，突然停店了，嚇我一跳，在一個陌生的環境突然停電房間全黑的，那是非常極度恐懼的，馬上穿着睡衣沖出房間，還好窗外還有一點光，能找到開門的地方，也還好門鎖不是電子鎖，不然就沒法開了。前台解析説是我的房卡沒更新續費，所以斷電了。作為顧客，我怎麼知道你們的這些操作啊，我又不是不配合，從頭到尾都沒有主動服務人員主動找我説，要續費啦，要更新房卡啦。非要等出了問題，才來處理，而且是顧客找上去反應問題，作為酒店服務完全知情，不主動為顧客提供應有服務，作為酒店業這服務太差勁了。
再是。吹風機是壞的，開關鍵都沒有的，毛巾用好多年了吧，也改換了，都破洞了還在給客人用。其他沒破洞的毛巾都是用得很薄薄。第一次遇到這麼差的。
