Good hotel, swimming pool nice. The guy from India in entrance of lobby very kind and speck good English so good point for the hotel. One thing I'm no happy for the Sauna they told us is broken...

This is my second stay at the Sentosa Hotel, which is conveniently located near the subway station. The room is clean and I like the swimming pool very much. Thanks to Mako at the front desk for his warm service, we will check in again next time.

Has been staying for many days, the hotel overall feeling very good, although it has been open for many years, but the facilities and equipment maintenance is still very good, especially there is a small kitchen, especially suitable for long-term business trips or family travel, very convenient, the front desk service staff is also very polite, take the initiative to introduce the package service content contained in the room. The next morning, I also went to experience the breakfast, which was very rich and belonged to the buffet breakfast, with various products, a combination of Chinese and Western, and also provided meals for children, which was very thoughtful. My only regret is that I visited the outdoor swimming pool of the hotel, but due to the weather, I could not go there and experience it again in the summer. In short, in Nanshan District is a very cost-effective hotel, very recommended [love][love][love][love]

Spacious hotel room. It was too cold inside when we arrived with kids we asked for a heater theres only two on the premises. Breakfast was too simple, needed more variety. Best to visit in spring or summer

Rooms are big I was in twin guest room Then I upgrade my reservation to elegant suite The only problem is the language Only two employees speak English and they are not available all the time Special thank to Mr Shaun , who speaks English, and helps guests if they face any problem in communicating with other employees .

Old & building, reception area is very off , took too much time at reception very slow

location is good, breakfast is normal, bedroom quite old. The robot was really helpful
