前台小姐姐服務超級好，乾淨整潔，離地鐵站走路也就十來分鐘很方便，這家店是新裝修的馬桶很很乾凈，晚上有24小時值班服務有什麼需求都及時反映，客房服務員很和藹可親，及時問我要不要幫忙，這裏還有停車場免費的，對於我這種出差的就很方便，值得推薦

酒店環境特好 還幫我升級了房型衞生做得挺乾淨的，一塵不染，離地鐵站也挺近的，走出去幾分鐘就到了，前台服務挺好，及時回覆我所有問題，值得推薦的一家酒！

首先，在平台沒有標明要收服務費的情況下，酒店方私下收按金。
其次，衞生也一般，拿牙刷的時候有一把開了小口衹拿了牙膏用，估計收拾的時候以為是沒用過的直接就留在那沒換新，衞生做的潦潦草草。
最後，也是我最不適的一點，當天晚上給我安排了走廊最裡麪的一間房，也剛好對着開着的消防通道，我上去後發現這點打電話給前台要求換房，前台可能看我是年輕女性，覺得好説話，態度非常強硬，一直在重複“沒有空房了，換不了。”你們酒店當天火爆到我是最後一個入住一間空房沒了？我不太相信。前台還説什麼我這個房是比單人房要大的，首先我訂的就是大床房比單人房大這不是理所當然？這是什麼理由。其次，我當時退而求其次説ok，我衹要不是盡頭的房間都OK，表明願意換成更小的單人間還一直説換不了。一直在重複説換不了，沒有溝通説任何替代的解決方案，比如加錢升級之類的什麼都沒有，就是重複換不了。那我跟別人付一樣的錢我就活該住最裡麪？

舊樓翻新高兩層酒店，內部裝修很新，廁所輕渠味，員工服務很好樂意，協助解決問，但隔音很差，清楚聽到隔離房談話，而且無窗房共有六間，其中只有兩間能夠住，其他惡臭。酒店一邊對大馬，路一邊對地盤， 2樓是ktv，清楚聽到每一首歌到凌晨4點，但價錢很平，都值得住。

酒店的裝修還挺新的哎，而且裝修也是很温馨很好看，房間一點異味都是沒有的，而且大堂也是很大氣，特別是這個前台小姐姐的服務很好，每次打電話給她都會耐心的講解

這家前台和工作人員都特別好哇，服務態度可好啦，還有這家酒店的設施環境也是很好的，還有洗衣機，洗衣液也有準備，房間的衞生也是很乾凈的，打掃的非常到位
