前台服務態度很不好，讓開票説是十點左右開好發手機上，等到中午還沒開，發訊息不回，打電話也不接，下午三四點了才給開，，房間衞生真的差，廁所味太重了，而且還特別吵，樓下KTV的聲音一晚上都沒有停，入住的時候就問了吵不吵，前台説不吵，隔了一層不會吵，衹能説我他傻了

酒店服務很好，不過衞生一般般，被子上面有血漬沒洗。重點是蚊子太多了，大冬天的被蚊子咬了凌晨四點睡不着，後來找前台要了蚊香才好一點。

非常差，周邊都是工業區，一股濃烈刺鼻的油漆味，就算噴了空氣清新劑也掩蓋不住，房間裏床上還有很多頭髮，而且床也是拼接的，中間凸起，服務員態度也非常差，用劵後還花了155，真不值得

酒店隔音效果不好，但是酒店衞生還是挺不錯的，還有就是前台服務員總是問着登記沒有登記沒有，下樓一次就問一次登記沒有，回酒店房間也要問，這樣很容易惹到顧客不滿意，並且容易引起顧客對酒店服務不適，請該酒店以後注意服務態度與分寸！
