樓下保安不禮貌，完全沒有清晰指示如何到達前台，浪費時間！個人覺得房間洗澡水不夠熱，其他方面就基本，但是位置很不錯，樓下商場，附近有很多小吃，很熱鬧，不怕沒東西吃。

總體來説不錯！
位置和價格，性價比高。
但是，打掃衞生方面還是需要提高。
地板上有灰塵，沒有差乾淨。還有兩次抓到了蟑螂。但，這個打掃的阿姨，打掃後打開了窗户走了可能從外邊進來了吧。
反正，住了幾天很舒服的。謝謝你們的服務。謝謝前台的夏天。

Located at KK One mall . Bit confuse for first timer on finding the enterence (out side the mall) and check-in 😌..
But for the suggestion if you come by DD taxi....direction that drop off at starbuck KK One, cross the street , turn left side, and find the C3 enterence at right side....show the booking confirmation to the door staff, and he will guide you to the lift for 9th floor . then find the staff at the office , and she will bring you to you room.😃
Or by metro, line 9.. drop off at xiasha station and look for KK One exit...
