先説優點：
1.位置好，在靈芝地鐵站和翻身地鐵站的中間，去兩邊都方便，而且附近好吃的挺多的，很方便。
2.房間乾淨，大！價格便宜！這一條也是我預訂的主要原因！
缺點：樓下有ktv窗外有高架橋，對聲音敏感的朋友不適合，我是對噪音沒關係。

這房間就是一個巨大的麻將房，連麻將的設施都沒有搬走，一點誠意都沒有。電視根本看不了一點都沒有網絡。上附帶的是地板的破損，還有天花板的漏水，這個衞生實在是太差了，浴室門根本打不開虧我們還買了最貴的房間，結果給我們搭配了一間麻將房，你至少要把麻將房的設施椅子和煙斗都給搬走吧…大無語。沙發上全是煙味，糊弄誰呢？
