Campanile Hotel (Shenzhen Dalang Business Center Yangtai Mountain East Hotel)

The environment is good, the service attitude is very good, and I had a good night's sleep. Recommended~

Parking is inconvenient. There is a ktv downstairs. The hotel is on the 4th-8th floor. When I opened the room, the front desk said that the 4th floor might be a bit noisy. I usually go to bed around 2 o'clock, so I can accept it. There is no back cover for the remote control of the air conditioner in the room, and the battery is loose. It turned on after pressing several times, but the temperature could not be adjusted after turning it on (it was confirmed that the remote control was broken). I called the front desk and said to arrange for the aunt to come and take a look, but the aunt refused and informed the front desk Ask the guest to press the remote control hard, the battery is loose. Later, I felt that it was very hot at 25°C, so I called the front desk again. The front desk said to arrange for the engineering department to take a look, but no one came after checking out the next day. The whole check-in process was very annoying. From the room facilities and others, I think the hotel owner has a sense of service. Why can't the simple needs of the guests be solved?

位置離地鐵站有一定的距離，走路大概十來分鐘。酒店門前有一小塊空地作為停車場，位置不算多。住的十樓的房間，算是挺大的了，因為靠近路邊，還是會有點噪音，不算嚴重。一次性牙具、梳子、香皂和浴帽有了，但是感覺能增加一個棉簽之類的個人護理小套裝，廁所的門跟浴室的門有幹涉，浴室的水温足夠，但是比較難調整，要麼太熱，要麼太冷，而且浴室裏麪沒有一個放浴巾衣服的架子，冬天洗完澡開浴室門拿浴巾估計夠嗆。不過洗髮水和沐浴露感覺挺好用的。房間裏面配了一個體重秤，但是用不了的。其他方面基本跟這個房間價格匹配了。還有，外賣會通過機器人送到房間門口，挺方便的。還有就是辦入住的時候沒有主動提供第二天的早餐票，是第二天下去餐廳的時候問才拿到了。

位置好，房間大，衞生佳，隔音效果不錯，機器人送房間的補充物品快，前台服務好態度好，沒什麼毛病！值得推薦

酒店服務好好，距離地鐵站又近，行5分鐘可以到大浪商業中心又方便，絕對值得再去。美中不足是新年沒有自助早餐🤣幸好還有1個簡單的早餐補上
