Nice experience! We appreciate the effort that they made when i told them it was our anniversary! Very convenient place and view from our room was beautiful. The only problem was the WiFi wasn't working. Other than that, we had a great stay

I've stayed here multiple times and would like to thank Miss Jossce. Every visit, she arranges room upgrades and late check outs according to my preferences. Bringing my child here was a delightful experience her service is truly exceptional: attentive, warm, and responsive to all requests. The hotel's prime location in Futian CBD, Shenzhen is another key reason for choosing it. With excellent transportation access and numerous bustling shopping malls nearby, plus an abundance of Michelin starred restaurants to explore, the area offers complete convenience. The hotel's well equipped facilities make it highly recommended. I'll definitely return and look forward to my next stay!

Great location with a very spacious and modern room. The service by the staff was fantastic, they made sure the birthday cake we ordered was stored at a refrigerated. We celebrated a birthday there. The bathroom was modern and clean.

It was a a good trip. Hotel in very good location, close to metro. We booked 2 nights king suite for our family. Room was nice, spacious, with great city view but there is an unpleasant smell of smoke. The view of Ping An is awesome. Indoor pool was nice opened until 11 pm but swim cap was compulsory we weren't informed about the rules before so we had to bought the swim cap. The house keeping ladies was very nice with smile and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with many varieties. Overall hotel is nice.

Having a nice holiday stay with families in this hotel. Very near to MTR station exit D and easily walking to nearby shopping centres through underground street. Big bathroom with bath tub. Amenities is above average. Price is competitive in Futian district. Also late check out is provided and convenient for the trip a lot. Highly recommend.

To start, this was a wonderful weekend stay. Yoyo, at the front desk was super accommodating and got through the check-in process swiftly. Location is superb with metro station - Gangxia Exit D immediately outside the hotel. Very comfortable bed, deep tub and awesome overhead shower. The room service prices were quite reasonable as well. Looking forward to my next stay!
