Top Stay at Wyndham Grand – Quality That Delivers The Wyndham Grand city hotel is a beautiful, albeit older building, which is exceptionally well-maintained. This is typical of Wyndham – their ability to keep their hotels in excellent condition makes them my first choice. Great location, great condition – simply reliable. I treated myself to Suite 3003 and did not regret it: a very beautiful room with a magnificent view. The breakfast was internationally focused and offered a wonderful variety. I must particularly highlight the delicious whole-grain bread – it was so good that it was unfortunately gone after my portion! (Tip: Get there early!) Conclusion: The Wyndham Grand lives up to the brand's promise. I can highly recommend this hotel without reservation.

這是一個五星級酒店，一千來塊一晚，住出了2星的品質，500我都嫌多。那麼多評價那裡來的。給各位來住的一個真實反饋： 1、圖一廁所洗漱台，刷着刷着牙，頭頂的水嘩啦啦的掉下來，工程師傅來説是樓上漏水了。 2、圖二換了房間給我們，送了水果，也是爛的，還不如不要送。 3、圖三被子居然裏面那些棉一塊塊的，全都泡棉的，蓋起來還是冷的。 4、隔音超級差，晚上隔壁房間的電視聲我還能聽見，這就算了，半夜睡到5點，有個男人在外面好大聲的敲門，敲了好久，然後大聲在外面罵😂😂 5、體驗感真的超級差，睡的各種不舒服。真的是五星差評。

入住前兩天，就接到酒店打來的電話，温柔地詢問我有沒有什麼特別的需要。我隨口提起，那天正好是孩子的生日，如果能安排一間視野好一些的房間，讓他看看夜景就太好了。沒想到，這句小小的期許，竟被他們如此鄭重地放在心上。真正推開房門的那一刻，我忍不住“哇”了一聲——整面玻璃窗外，是流光溢彩的城市天際線，夜色如畫，遠遠超出了我的想象。更暖心的是，床上佈置了一個生日祝福。那一刻，真的被這份不期而遇的温柔擊中了。其實當天我們上午十點半就到了，原本衹打算寄存行李，沒想到前台那位笑容親切的工作人員（真遺憾沒記住她的名字！）直接説：“房間已經準備好啦，現在就可以入住。” 當我詢問附近適合帶孩子去的地方，她不僅推薦了人才公園，還主動幫我查好路線，細緻又温暖。傍晚我們去了她推薦的人才公園。那裡不僅免費，還有震撼的燈光秀映照在湖面上，孩子興奮得一直拍手。回到房間，又發現新驚喜——小童牙刷、小拖鞋，甚至還有專屬零食。房間寬敞明亮，獨立的衣帽間，舒適的梳粧區，每個細節都恰到好處。孩子特別喜歡那個大浴缸，開心地玩了一個多小時，但小孩五歲不認識字不小心用了旁邊的泡泡浴球。（有顯眼的價格提示）後來我向一位叫Rita的工作人員説明情況。她笑着説：“這就當是孩子生日的小驚喜，不用放在心上。” 輕輕一句，就把這筆費用免去了。從始至終，她沒有讓我們感到一絲尷尬，衹有被理解的感動。從入住到離開，温德姆至尊酒店的每一個細節都在訴説：他們真正在乎客人的感受。不衹是標準的服務，更是發自內心的關懷。這座城市因為有了這樣的體驗，變得更值得留戀。如果説深圳是一座來了還會想再來的城市，那麼温德姆至尊酒店，至少佔據了一半的理由——它讓旅行不衹是住宿，而成為一段被温柔包裹的回憶。

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the central area of Shenzhen Futian CBD, with a lively commercial district nearby and convenient access to the convention and exhibition center. The service at the front desk, provided by Jossce, was very attentive and thoughtful they proactively arranged a room upgrade and even included complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, making it highly recommended.

必須誇誇這家酒店！首先感謝前台安排了 26 樓的高樓層，窗外景色絕了。房間裏一塵不染，床品和衞生間都很乾凈，用着放心。中途臨時需要延遲離開，工作人員Lily特別爽快地幫忙協調，全程沒讓我多等。設施也很新，體驗感拉滿！
