清潔度一般，枱面抹咗多次仍然係污糟，水煲同沖劑存放架佈滿灰塵，天花有拍死咗嘅蟲屍，隔音效果一般，到晩上2點幾仍有人叫外賣，能清楚聽到拍門叫人聲，禁煙房但成晚都聞到煙味，主因可能係分體冷氣散熱扇問題，因為煙味明顯係冷氣吹出嚟，未試過有酒店開電視係用電視機個度d掣開而唔係用遙控，仲以為唔見咗個遙控

服務挺好的，但是這次的衞生真的想不吐槽都不行，以前住的其它房間也挺乾淨的，這次想着多花點錢換一個帶窗户的舒服一點，誰知道衞生非常差，水壺佈滿灰塵，（雖然不用，但看着也不舒服）牆紙有點破爛，洗手間沒打掃乾淨，還留有上一位客人用過的香皂，出水口全是頭髮，離電梯口好遠，😒想着入住太晚了就沒有去換房間

第一次住這間由福田口岸步行3-5分鐘 IU Hotel, 位置很方便，商場地下及附近已有餐廳、便利店及超市，需然房間不大，但床都舒服，最不理想就是一開冷氣就發出很強烈的香煙味道，希望日後有改善。

貪近落馬州關口，行10分鐘到，設備一般，劏房酒店，不見天，入住後望清楚走火通道，房間隔聲有待改善。
雖已是非禁煙房，但仍在房中聞到煙味，特別在洗手間。洗手間污水管亦有異味聞到。
