Hmm, it's a bit of a mixed bag. The room was quite clean, which was good. However, the windowless room was incredibly damp, and the ventilation wasn't great. The biggest perk, though, is the location – you can walk directly to the border crossing in no time!

The room was generally clean. Its location offers convenient access to transportation and is close to Shenzhen Futian Checkpoint. The surrounding area also boasts plenty of restaurants and other amenities, and the hotel felt quite secure. Aside from a faint odor in the bathroom and the air conditioner blowing directly onto the bed, it's a hotel that offers relatively good value for money. I'd personally suggest installing a deflector on the air conditioning vent that points directly at the bed.

Right by the border crossing, it's extremely convenient. There's a small commercial area downstairs that caters to all basic needs. The front desk is located at the building's entrance, quite a distance from the rooms. You also need to walk a bit to reach the elevators, which are activated by a key card. The room was quiet, but featured small windows and rather dim lighting. Cleanliness was just average. It's perfectly acceptable for a one-night stopover if you're just looking for a place before crossing the border.

The location is excellent, very close to the border crossing, and having a washing machine and dryer was a big plus.
However, there was a dreadful, foul smell coming from the bathroom floor drain in the room, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. Turning on the AC helped clear the air a little, but the unit blew directly onto my head, which was quite uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the room itself was clean, no complaints there.
Overall, if you need a quick, no-frills stay, it offers pretty good value for money in this area, but it's definitely not somewhere I'd want to stay for long.
