前台接待差勁不專業，隨行小朋友沒帶身份證户口本，先質疑我怎麼會沒帶證件沒有提供其他登記方式，然後報警處理。
房間硬件有問題防毒面罩被拆開，和攜程反饋這個問題（我全程沒和攜程説要退房費，攜程致電前台核實也沒説給我退錢，攜程有錄音證明），我人還在前台，前台接待就吐槽我想白*，真沒素質。有這種前台真的是業主倒黴 店長倒黴 住店客人倒黴

過來出差這幾天都是住在這家酒店，體驗感特別好，周邊交通便利，不管是坐公交、地鐵還是打車都超方便。工作人員也特別熱情招待，房間乾淨又整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量也很不錯，細節直接拉滿！

第一次訂這家酒店體驗感很好，房間沒什麼異味打掃的很乾凈，還有一大扇的落地窗很適合看日落，風格佈置的也很有品味，房間大小也很合適還有免費停車場，離地鐵公交車都很近，很適合出行住

已經來住過很多次啦，前台的小姐姐服務還是那麼好，笑得好甜！這次是給我媽訂的，帶她出來玩玩散散心，房間很乾凈，出行也方便，走五分鐘就有地鐵站，也有停車場可以免費停車！非常不錯

選擇這家酒店之前，我已經去周邊都看過其他的酒店了，就這一家的性價比最高，而且價格也不貴，環境還不錯，裝修很簡約大氣的那種，衞生也做的挺乾淨的，房間很大，光線也特別好。

這間酒店位置不錯，一邊是近地鐵站，另一邊大型商場，食同購物都很方便。
第一間給房間位置比較差，加上熱水爐有問題，和前台客服溝通後，換了一間較好的房間，服務態度不錯。
