Blueprint Garden Hotel(Shenzhen Longcheng store)

The hotel is about 1 kilometer away from the subway station. The room is large and relatively quiet at night. Overall, the hotel itself is quite good. However, at about 1:40 the next afternoon, the front desk started calling to urge me to check out. I said the room would be available until 4 o'clock. It was still early, and the other party replied that check-out would be at 2 o'clock. I once again said that when booking a room on Ctrip with membership rights, check-out would be delayed by two hours to 4 pm. The other party's tone was not very good, saying that it does not exist. You must check out at two o'clock or you will have to pay a fine. She used her authority to delay the check-out until 3 o'clock at most, but she asked for a good review in return. I came out to relax and play, so I didn't want to tangle with her, so I got up in a hurry at 2 o'clock. Zhong Que checked out of the room at one o'clock. Overall, the hotel is okay, but the front desk is a matter of taste.

1. The air conditioner dripped water crazily, the wooden floor was ticking all day, and it was noisy to sleep well. 2. The water is getting more and more, and it seeps directly into the center of the two beds. 3. I saw a small cockroach when I entered the toilet, and the sanitation was not clean.

I couldn't understand this shop. On the first day I checked into the bedside table there was a fingernail cover, and there was soot in the washbasin. The things I ate in the last morning were still there when I came back at night! Room hygiene I stayed here for 9 days, and the store asked me to pay directly at the front desk for the next 2 days! 酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台妹妹也很熱情，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！推薦入住，門口停車也挺方便，還有地鐵線可以參考

春節期間入住10天左右，多次被子床單上出現蟲子，換過一次被單也未能解決。 離店後通過客服微信反饋，遲遲未給予任何迴應。 住店期間僅多要過一次兩瓶純凈水，告知需要另外付費。 住店期間，第一次開房間雙床房錯開成大床房，後續幾天出現多次門卡無法刷卡開門，需要到前台重新刷新的情況，可以看出員工缺少培訓，業務生疏。

房間很好很乾凈整潔舒適透氣很不錯服務也很到位很喜歡這家酒店性價比很高不錯的推薦一下

1:隔音效果差（極致差）半夜3點樓上的房間還在聊天，聊的什麼聽的一清二楚，無誇大效果，早晨7點不知道哪間的蘋果手機鬧鐘響到8點，聲音很大，廁所浴霸一直有異響，攜程上我顯示房間到16:00退房，13:30酒店打電話➕保潔上來敲門問續房還是退房，後面下去説我超時，當我將訂單出示後，酒店説攜程上的不做數，要按酒店本身的規定來，但實際升級房間跟酒店延遲時間實際是由我攜程積分所兑換的，其次再説一下衞生，馬桶座墊上有尿漬，黃黃的一點一點的，忘記拍照了，你們不信就沒有，信就是有，不説那尿漬所屬人身體有沒有問題，光看見那印就夠讓人噁心了，不出意外，不可能再去了，黑名單列表的 ：本來酒店還説讓我刷個好評，酒店超時就送我了，聽到這句話我就生氣了 我沒刷直接走了，走之前被我兇了幾句

感覺非常好。 一次性拖鞋要打電話問，然後提供。可能酒店是為了確保不浪費吧。機器人送到門口，很可愛。 感謝，下次再出差比亞迪，應該還會選這裏！！
