賓館的位置比較方便，也可以暫時寄存行李。但是沒有電梯，賓館衹有兩層用來做住宿，其他層都荒廢了，衹有二樓和五樓有房間，房間隔音非常非常非常差，隔壁房間鬧鐘響都能聽到，凌晨兩點隔壁的房間一直在爭吵，很大聲，凌晨四點都沒睡着，窗簾不太遮光，晚上關了燈還是比較亮，晚上窗外有車的聲音，真的不建議考生住，特別是女生😭

特別垃圾，跟圖片不是一回事，定的豪華大床房，結果進去就衹能放下一張床，廁所也超級小，很迷你的一間，牆壁也很臟，空氣也很悶，床邊鏡子也是壞的，第一次住這麼差的，被圖片騙了，千萬別訂，誰訂誰後悔

酒店離中大附屬八院很近，走路4分鐘。之前看到很多差評，但因為近還是訂了。説説缺點叭，衹有2樓6樓和7樓是酒店所屬，其他樓層都不是酒店，而且沒有電梯，二樓好像是最貴的那兩種房型，其他房型都在6,7樓，搬行李爬樓真的很累。房間佈局還好，但是蚊子比較多，窗户沒有紗窗，白天噪音很吵，好像是附近有工地，會有邦邦邦的擊打聲，隔音也不太好，中午可以聽到隔壁房間保潔阿姨在打掃衞生的聲音。廁所沒有窗户，下水道有異味。我入住的房間燈還壞了兩個，不過後來老闆叫人過來修了。
不過我還是給了五星好評，無它，優點就是便宜萬歲！在深圳福田一晚不到120元的價格，要什麼自行車，很實惠了喔。而且老闆娘説可以最遲中午兩點鐘退房，挺方便的。
總的來説，缺點不少，但勝在便宜實惠，要是小細節方面老闆能完善一下就更好啦！比如加個紗窗，比如在每層樓梯邊上用板材搭一個斜坡，讓住客可以把行李箱沿着斜坡拉上去，就不用一路提着上七樓啦～

這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是酒店的圖片和實物根本天差地別，虛假宣傳一樣，毛巾也是不敢用的，工作人員的態度也好差，除了位置方便，沒有任何優勢了，大家避雷吧

廁所門壞的，房間門鎖上了，不用來説，從裏面開還是打得開的。晚上睡覺有蚊子，隔音差，有飛蛾和別的小昆蟲。

當時訂房看到差評好多，看價格還優惠訂了一間，我個人的真實體驗是，衞生一般，環境也一般，設施該有的都有，就是店有點舊，建議裝修一下，唯一的缺點就是樓層太高，沒有電梯，但老闆娘態度很好，我一個人住的，還有一個很大的行李箱老闆娘幫我一起搬上去，還很貼心幫我點好蚊香帶上去，有種老媽子對女兒的感覺😂雖然比不上那種五星級酒店，但這個價格我覺得已經還不錯了。

離地鐵有點遠，就是民宿，床倒不臟，牆角很舊很破，衞生間很小，沒有淋浴間直接站馬桶邊洗澡。夏天去的，空調不冷，街對面一大早開始打鑽機。這兩三百也很不值。
