The hotel is located at very convenient place and staffs are very good. However, we found some cockroaches at the toilets of Ground Floor.

The place is clean and hotel staff is very friendly. It is near to the metro station so easily accessible. Definitely recommend this place.

酒店衞生還可以，但是窗外是空調掛機，窗户關不緊，掛機運轉噪音大。廁所裏有個管道檢修口，檢修門蓋不緊，廁所門一開關由於氣壓檢修門也會隨着開關聲音有點嚇人，裏面是管道半夜上廁所也有點害怕。最氣人的是早上7點40到8點20隔壁幼兒園上學，酒店停車場出入口要臨時關閉車無法出去，入住的時候酒店完全沒有提醒這個時間問題，平台預訂上也沒有提示，我8點要出去上班了才跟我説出不去，也沒法協調，導致我上班遲到了10分鐘，很惱火！！要住這兒的人自己注意，一天有三個時間段車不給進出，每次時間長達40分鐘。

交通方便，就在地鐵站西麗B出口，去深圳野生動物園只需坐一個站到西麗湖，再行五分鐘就是，房間不小，大約有二百多呎，床很寬闊又舒服，廁所亦不小，窗簾是電動的，唯一不好的是吃早餐的地方不夠冷氣又沒有凍飲，希望酒店方面能夠改善一下。
