Pros: Staff service is good and helpful, recommendations are good, check out 2 PM.
Location is OK, around 8 minutes walk to metro station.
But if you arrive early in the morning or late at night using metro, it will be challenging as the access with escalator already closed.
Cons:
I got a room near the elevator, it was quite noisy as sound from outside can be heard from inside the room, in addition to that shower and toilet sound from the room next door was also heard very clear.
The room hotel itself need to be improved and maintained properly. Some parts of the rooms are outdated. Aircon is leaking. Some bugs are found in shower area.

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, offering a late checkout until 2 PM and even upgrading our room. ✅✅✅ The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and very clean.

Super friendly and helpful front desk easy smooth checkin. Room is big and location is near the Center of Dongmen or to LoWu area. Will recommend other friends to stay.

I got helps from Ms.Abby
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. I received a room upgrade. It was clean, safe, and the staff were lovely and happy to help. I was traveling for business and brought Thai tea for my business partners to test the market. I wasn't sure how to ship it, and Abby helped me arrange transportation. She was the sweetest! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will definitely stay here again. It's a lovely hotel I would highly recommend.
