It was a really pleasant stay. The bedding was fresh ans clean and the pillows were really comfy. The best part, I got a free room upgrade. 小潘 was really warm, welcoming and helpful. I was able to receive my 外卖 without leaving the room. The doorstep delivery was game changing. Overall experience was phenomenal. I would definitely come back again :D

Location is a bit off the beaten road, but once you enter the hotel it’s quite decent. Our room got upgraded to a top floor larger room with view of the SZ biz hub. Decent stay for one night! Xiao Lai was helpful when we checked out and kept our luggage in the lobby. Other staff members were polite too!

the service was provided by front desk (Xiao Pan) was friendly and great. we enjoyed our stay here in Ranz alot. it was near to Dongmen Street as well. too bad breakfast was not provided but there are alot of food around

super amazing stay at the hotel!!! i stayed with my friend for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and hospitality here. 🤗 special thanks to 小周 and her team for accommodating to many of our requests without any complaints at all! will stay here again if i ever return to shenzhen 🫶🏻

Staff (Xiao pan) give friendly services. We got an upgraded room to executive room. The room is spacious and well equipped with toiletry (just no razor, no fridge - which is fine). Light smell of cigarettes inside the room.

This review is real ! Please see before booking.
Disappointed.....
1. Found human blood on bed sheet. not clean!
2. Found carpet on floor is dirty and smelly !
3. Towel is very old (tear)
4. We stay in non- smoking room but the room smells of cigarette smoke.😭
5. no toilet in lobby and staff not allow us to use their toilet ! she said pee into can !
Everyone see high score rating on CTRIP because the hotel staff give customer 2 drinking water bottles and forced us to give 5 stars now !
