They gave me an upgrade on the room , it was large but i dont like it with carpet. Amenities and things in the bath were fine.
Inside the room, lights has an annoying feature of self turn-off after a short period of time. Maybe for green reason. Don’t think it is appropriate/nesccessary for a premise ran as four/five star hotel.
Also , that neighbourhood of Luo Wu was not worth these pricing. And the breakfast was little underwhelming. And the hospitality was little like security guard. They should definitely visit some international brand name to see how the experience is to be crafted.
Overall, the hardware was there but it definitely need more soul to be a guest worthy place.

This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in Luohu! ! The room facilities are complete and the price is affordable. If you want to stay in Luohu for the best value for money, choose this hotel! ! Because we checked in early in the morning, the lady at the front desk (Jie Jie) was very attentive to our check-in. It was a great experience👍
