Good hotel! Very good front desk and house keeping staff. Plenty of eateries but mainly Chinese food.

Actually I would say the staff are not really nice and even aggressive. And the toilet and the carpet are not really cleaner than before.

房間衞生差煙味重，還有一股若有似無的腳臭味，酒店在打掃衞生的時候難道不用空氣清新劑嗎？在大廳辦理入住的時候全是蚊子，訂了一個四百多的麻將房，麻將機子爛得和上個世紀的老把式一樣，這次入住酒店感覺極差，大家千萬別浪費錢住這家！！

一般般，價格拿捏太死，不太好説話，
交通：停車很不方便，沒有自己的停車場。
衞生：一進房間一股酸臭味，不開空調整個房間很難聞，衞生間用品不多，護理套裝刮鬍刀也沒有。
環境：樓下小吃街很多，晚上顯得有點吵但也不礙事。
服務：還行吧！

衹能給兩分，不能再多了。凌晨一點辦的入住，前台跟我説中午十二點要退房，我説不都是兩點嗎？他跟我説前台訂就是兩點，在網上訂就是十二點。為什麼，就因為你們貴幾十塊錢嗎？再就是房間佈局和環境也很垃圾，感覺像是賓館一樣，一點不像星級酒店，和我以前住的維也納差距太遠。窗簾還拉不緊，早上六點被外面的光照醒。總之，很差，這樣下去維也納遲早要把自己口碑玩壞。

入住時前台工作人員態度非常好，很細心的幫忙解決問題，還幫忙升級了房型，酒店客房的衞生也非常乾淨，環境也還不錯，自助早餐很好吃，交通也非常方便，距離地鐵站走路五六分鐘，就是停車不太方便，一次不錯的體驗。

酒店位置也好找，就在大馬路邊上，房間很大，住的很舒服，價格實惠，來的時候還怕找不到，前台的小哥，小鐘 接到電話指引我，服務非常到位，必須點贊，還沒入住就已經體驗到頂級的服務，給前台小鐘大拇指，下次來這這邊還住這裏，樓下吃的也很多。
