一下車的時候意為去錯地方，連門口也不知道在那，羅在裝修，大門也沒燈。到大堂地面也爛升降機不知按那邊，check in在8樓上到只有很簡陋的服務枱。
雖然房間內還可以接受。
由於還在裝修星期日也還沒到8點就開始有不斷的裝修聲，完全睡不了，位置打車也十分不方便因為中間有直軌電車隔開了，打車也要兜多個圈。
離地鐵站也要轉車，附近也沒有什麼店舖。
整體來說十分差

裝修風格清新脱俗，房間乾淨整潔、客服阿姨非常熱情；酒店位於觀瀾天虹附近，吃喝玩都比較方便；樓下有一條輕軌，直接對接地鐵去哪都方便，車行觀瀾湖僅20分鐘，值得推薦環境亦都很優美ū出行方便酒店有免費停車位，入住滿意[擁抱]之後首選的一家酒店！

多次入住這一家酒店各方面都不錯，地理位置很好，酒店旁邊還有一個天虹商場走路幾分鐘就到啦，離4號線地鐵站很近可以直達深圳北站特別方便，前台的服務人員熱情有禮貌，房間衞生特別棒，床品很舒服，睡眠不好的可以考慮來這家，房間新穎，空氣清新無異味，配備了小度語音智能，來觀瀾首選酒店！
