Very expensive for what it is (paid HK$168, worth only HK$60 for what it is), a very indecent / nasty hotel room, very cramped room (can't fully open the door, as it hits the mattress), extremely mouldy, musty, dirty & dusty with stained pillow case, even a red lipstick stain on the pillow (I almost fainted). Water basin leaks when uses. Air Conditioning remote control is gross, phone is displaying as year 2017 with wrong dates & time. After the 2 night stay (Thank God!!), I went through all the reviews again, looks like most of them are fake reviews (done by the hotels themselves). Not sure why the walking distance is 7 minutes, in reality it is double, almost 15 minutes, and the route is pretty bad for walking, especially with a luggage. Still in shock that an advance city like Shenzhen still got such poor condition hotel and even listed on Trip.com...

Room was clean but without windows unlike the description said. The bed was comfortable and large, air-conditioning worked very well and soundproof was on point, I could barely hear people talking loudly right outside of the room. Also there was a laundry service for free included, and late checkout which was good.

It is located above icbc bank building. 4th floor. nice place but dont expect a hotel lobby. the room is clean. servixe is good and courteous. i like that they are very Acommodating, when asked for an extra key card, they happily obliged. when ask for a dirextion, they helped. there is one dim sum place right downstairs beside the bank inside the same building.nice but a bit expensive for a single person. overall, it is a good stay and will sure book again.

I dont have much complained about the price paying but honestly speaking if you are a cigarette smell hater than this hotel is not for you, many Chinese just smoke in the front the the notice board and no one from the hotel stopping them.

Seul désavantage les fumeurs alors qu'il est interdit de fumer dans l'établissement et les gens qui parlent fort après minuit c'est dommage sinon service impeccable

Stayed for one night before catching train. The location of the hotel is really good on a food street with lots of delicious food and lots of shops and a 7-11 nearby.
The service was friendly, check-in was quick. The bed is comfortable and wifi works fast.
The room had no windows and the bathroom was a bit smelly. It was clean, but something could be done to mask the smell that seemed to come out of the toilet.
My room was next to the reception and it was quite noisy, the reception phone rang a lot and I could hear it and there were people talking loudly in the reception area late at night.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very big and soft. The bathroom did not have a mirror although it looked like there was one planned to be installed - not a problem just a little odd. Would book it again.
