體驗感非常差，一間沒有熱水，沐浴露也沒有，下水溝味道，房間很臭。一間床很臟，像沒有收拾過一樣。

入住三次不退壓金，必須打電話後才能退，9月27日入住收取300元壓金，至10月6日末退壓金，打電話後才給退，為什麼？如果忘記了就不退了？給個滿意的回答，之前兩次也一樣，

衹説服務吧：退房後被扣了18元，原因是被認定打開了自費的依雲礦泉水後沒有喝又擰回去了，這個就有點迷，我跟老婆兩個人都沒動那個水，打掃房間的人一口咬定上個房客沒有動，就變成我們動了。然後接待我們的那個男前台跟打掃房間的人僵持不下就走開了，我就退房開車走了。住這麼多酒店，沒遇到過這樣的，客人的問題都沒解決都走開了，然後打掃房間的人也沒有盡到確定房間消費物品是否有被消費的責任。再説回我跟老婆，我們今年才從新疆做完公益回來，為高考的優秀貧困學生及聾啞小童捐款20萬，如果真的有打開這瓶水，我們會大方承認，並喝完它！
