酒店清潔程度ok,但酒店外圍周邊境稍差，地面見得到過路人亂丟垃圾。是社區大環境的問題，酒店位置受波及。

位置： 離西鄉地鐵 25分鐘步行，10分鐘車程
衛生： 淋浴間水垢， 毛巾有頭髮殘留
服務：因水温是室温聯絡過前台，前台回覆因為客滿供不應求說晚點會好，但我凌晨4點再試沒有改善
設施：
1）空調應該是中央空調 不能調低溫度，溫度顯示24.8度 但體感30度 難入睡
2）淋雨間沒有地方放換洗衣物
3）廁所 和淋浴間是分開的， 門都往內開的，洗漱地方是想通的且沒門，且有落地鏡令在床上能看到洗漱地方.
4） 隔音差，離馬路近，凌晨12點前都很吵

1、很晚才到達酒店，前台一直耐心等，路上還打電話問我到哪了，開車注意安全。這很貼心，給個贊。
2、到達酒店時完全懵逼了:酒店在哪裡？導航上搜不到酒店名，我也就認了。但七拐八拐找到“美景酒店公寓”時，我才知道他們定位的其實是“中天美景酒店”的位置。作為一家酒店，你連高德地圖上定個位都做不到，是什麼問題？
3、從酒店前台走了七八十米，繞了山路十八彎才找到早餐餐廳，被告知必須用早餐券。我忘記帶了，這是我的過失。協商能不能讓我先吃飯，然後把早餐券送過來。我説你們可以打電話跟前台核實我是有早餐的。回答:我們有規定，必須拿早餐券才能用餐。我去****，我再回去取早餐券，一個來回又要至少15分鐘。哪怕你們有一分錢的服務意識都不會拿你們這腐朽僵硬的規定來跟我説事兒。

設施：我去的時候還沒有免費停車場和充電樁。前台説，還沒和場地談下來，所以不能免費停車。我在那裡停車了1天，40元。也沒看到充電樁。
衞生：酒店是剛裝修的，環境挺好的。衞生也乾淨。這一點可以放我入住，設施基本都是新的。
環境：周圍吃的很多，還有夜市可以逛挺不錯的。

看新裝修 抱着試試的態度來的，結果房間服務還挺好 ，房間非常乾淨寬敞，出行方便 離夜市街很近 逛街也很方便（走過去才4-5分鐘），附近有天虹、沃爾瑪、設施齊全 ， 房間佈置整潔，衞生到位，前台小姐姐很熱情敬業，入住給我升級了房間 還送了蘋果 非常不錯 下次來還會選擇這裏
